Luminaire Foscari is a professor in the Elementalism department at the Lycaeum; she has been tenured there longer than almost any other teacher, primarily due to being one of the very few elves on staff.
Luminaire worked with Dr. Collodi on the wooden amulets that allow the party to adventure out into the miasma without being poisoned or otherwise harmed, and entrusted them with the prototypes she still had on hand in order to find the missing Collodi.
