Role: Mechanist, and Serafina’s creator
An old colleague of Dr. Collodi and a remarkable mechanist; left Bluewick for Orologio in years past. At some point, created Serafina as some sort of defense against the miasma (details of how this is supposed to work are nonexistent).
When the Mechatriarchy of Orologio headed down a path to solve the miasma problem that they deemed too risky, Galeran sent Serafina to Collodi for safekeeping along with a letter explaining this, although with frustratingly few details.
Galeran is somewhat whimsical; this personality trait is reflected in Serafina, as well.
