The Clockwork City of Orologio is the city Serafina is from. It’s something of a haven for tinkerers and magitechnicians, and is ruled by a body of the most capable crafters, the Mechatriarchy.
It was pictured on the map in the library’s map room, with a small knocked-over playing piece next to it. Something may have happened to cause this recently — the letter that Serafina was carrying, from Galeran Avelot, stated that the Mechatriarchy believed they had a solution to the miasma situation, but that Galeran felt it was too risky.
